General Terms
By section 6 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 it is an offence to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis in the United Kingdom without a license from the Secretary of State. Anyone committing an offence contrary to this section may be imprisoned of fined, or both. Please note therefore that promoting the germination of Seedsman seeds is illegal in the UK and in most other countries.
Due to certain regional laws we are unable to deliver our seeds to certain countries. Therefore, if your website is specifically regional we advise you to check local laws before applying to become an affiliate.
Seedsman Ltd does not wish to induce anyone to act in conflict with the law. All persons who purchase seeds are responsible for their actions in the future. Seedsman Ltd will accept no responsibility in this respect. All information contained on any Seedsman promotional material or packaging is for educational purposes only and is not intended to condone, promote or incite the use of illegal and/or controlled substances. Likewise websites that wish to become affiliates must not incite the use of banned substances.
Responsibilities
The following responsibilities lie with you, the affiliate:
- Technical duties; The Seedsman will provide you with a choice of banners from which you must choose and upload onto your website one or more.
- Accuracy and appropriateness of materials on site.
- Ensuring that materials posted on your site do not infringe Seedsman conditions.
(Our affiliates and we will not be held liable to any claims, damages or expenses (including, without limitation legal fees), relating to the development, operation, maintenance and contents of your site).
Payment Details
The affiliate will be paid monthly into their chosen bank account. The sum will only be transferred if it is above £15. If the months total is not above £15 then it will be carried forward to the next month.
Further Details
The Seedsman reserves the right to modify any terms & conditions or to alter affiliate percentages with prior warning of one month.
These terms and conditions start from when the affiliate is accepted. Either party without any prior notice can terminate the agreement at any time.
